You’ll need to provide your full name, email, and telephone number to arrange a free call-back. You can give us details about your issue too, however we’ll ask for more information once we speak to you on the phone.
We don’t provide advice over the phone. Once you request a call-back, we’ll call you to get more details about your case and ask for any extra information we might need. After you make your payment, we’ll then email our advice, usually within 24h.
No, we are proud to say that our service is secure, simple, and fuss-free.
After the initial call-back, you can make payment over the phone, at our Payment page or via a link you’ll receive via email. You’ll need to provide your full name, email address and details of your credit or debit card to complete your transaction. Please note that Stripe will store your credit/debit card data as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase. After that, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.

All queries are answered by our highly qualified team. We use trusted advice sector databases for reference purposes. All our advice is accurate and up to date at the time of your inquiry.
We’ll provide comprehensive advice and also answer up to three questions about your legal query. Where appropriate, we’ll include available options and clear guidelines. If relevant to your case, you’ll also get sample/ template documents at no extra charge.

No, we have no extra charges or hidden costs.
Yes, you can purchase bundle advice at a substantially discounted rate. You’ll receive a unique code via email to use it yourself or to gift it to someone. The voucher code is used in our Payment section instead of your card to pay for advice. Please see Discounted Bundle Advice .
We’ll answer your query as soon as possible and email our advice, usually within 24 hours after receiving the payment. If you submit multiple advice requests simultaneously, we’ll acknowledge your purchase soon as the payment has cleared. However, it might take longer to answer all your queries. We’ll always keep you informed about the progress. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours of making the payment, please contact us via our Contact page, and we’ll be in touch.
