All queries are answered by our highly qualified team. We use trusted advice sector databases for referencing purpose. All our advice is accurate and up to date at the time of your inquiry.

We’ll provide comprehensive answers up to three questions about your legal query. Where appropriate, we’ll include available options and clear guidelines. If relevant to your case, you’ll also get sample/ template documents, at no extra cost.

Usually, you’ll receive your advice via email within hours. It may take a bit longer to answer your question if your case is complicated, but we’ll always keep you informed.

No, we have no extra charges or hidden costs.

Yes, once you purchase any of our multiple-advice vouchers, you’ll get a unique code to use it yourself or to gift it to someone. The voucher code is used at checkout to purchase advice at a substantially discounted rate. Please see our offers.

We’ll answer your query as soon as possible and email our advice usually within hours. If you submit multiple advice requests at the same time, we’ll acknowledge your purchase as soon as the payment has cleared. However, it might take longer to answer all your queries. We’ll always keep you informed about the progress. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please get in touch via the contact page on our website.

We can only deal with queries within the areas of family law, employment law, housing law, welfare benefits law, and money claims rules and procedures. We are unable to deal with any other areas of law. We cannot act on your behalf, take your instructions, represent you in any court/tribunal or complete any legal or non-legal documents for you. We cannot help in any urgent situations, don’t advise businesses or offer advice about leases, mortgages or any other financial issues.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deal with your query, we’ll let you know and arrange a hassle-free refund.

Once you submit your query, you’ll be redirected to Stripe, our secure and encrypted Payment Gateway provider. You’ll need to provide your full name, email address and details of your credit or debit card to complete your transaction. Please note that Stripe will store your credit/debit card data, as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase. After that, your purchase transaction information will be deleted. The transaction data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Please see our terms and Privacy Notice for further information.
